Ready, Willing and Able

I'm trying my best to get to 140 (more like 133). Will I ever get there? Working on this food stuff hard since Nov.4. April the 1 I joined the gym. I worked out faithfully every day. What made me lose the weight is watching what goes into my mouth!. Still working at it, but tired of how long this takes. I know "one day at a time" Hopefully by Spring I'll be extremely close to my goal weight. Good luck to all my sp friends!!!!

I am journal my food, drinking 2 to 3 quarts of water a day. Watching my food intake to 1200 calories, exercising!

I have 2 boys and my husband is sooo understanding. Family is defantly backing me up.

Other Information:
I've yo-yo dieted for so long that now it's time to dig my heels in and work.

When I started losing the weight - everything hurt. Mostly my feet from holding the weight and being on my feet for work all day. I could only do 30 minutes of walking on the treadmill at 3mph and no incline. I never got shin splints or things like that but did have tightness in my ankles and sides of my calves and thighs - T-Band is what needed to be stretched.

I do not stretch as much as I should but as the food changes happened the weight loss started and the exercise became easier as I wasn't lugging all that baggage.

Try stretching - even if it feels tight and sore, push it a bit and hold 30 seconds. Or switch up what you do.

We all will get there!

Trust me, I know how you feel after gaining back 30 pounds from my low point last year. The past is the past and we are going to make this year different. emoticon
