It seems like many of us face continual battle to stay positive when little progress is apparent. We just have to keep in mind that we our efforts will result in a healthier life. We need to focus on how we are feeling and the energy we have to accomplish daily life tasks. I’m working hard to concentrate on my health rather than just on the number on the scale; to concentrate on non-scale victories to help me stay positive every day.

Sherry, I seem to be having the same problem. I just can't keep on track no matter how I try but I refuse to give up. It may take me longer to reach my goal but I will do it. You will too. Just hang in there and take moment by moment instead of day by day.
