My Goals:
Change my lifestyle to a healthy one and loose 50 pounds.

My Program:
Keep calories under 1200 a day and bike, walk, and exercise as much as arthritis and my schedule will allow.

Personal Information:
I am 57 with 2 kids still at home. One is in college and one starts this year. I am a nurse that does mostly computer work and doesn't think much of most doctors. My husband is retired Air Force and we both enjoyed the military.

Other Information:
Family is the most important thing to me. My hobbies are reading and listening to books, playing on my Nintendo DS, origami, and juggling. I also love to travel.
