    Thank you for your nice comments on my page. I don't like to exercise either, but it's weird because I always feel better afterwards. I discovered spin class when I came to Chattanooga and it has been wonderful. I have bad knees and it gives me a really good workout without stressing them too bad. The calorie burn is 6x what walking does too. We can do this. I know I want to be around to see my grandkids and pester my husband when I get older (evil grin). Have a great day!
