My Goals:
I stared my journey at 254 lbs. My goal is to reach 150 lbs.
I do not plan to do this quickly or all at once.
I want to lose 25.4 lbs to start ie. 10% then I will make a new goal to lose another 10% until I reach my longterm goal.
This is something I learn right here on SparkPeople.com

My Program:
I try to abstain from overeating and from eating food that is unhealthy.
I try to exercise each day.
Follow the SparkPeople suggestions to the best of my ability.
I am a member of OA and NA.
I have a sponsor and I work the steps.
I have started using journaling as a tool to help me see patterns that may help me learn more about myself.

Wanted to welcome you personally to Living Binge Free. You really can edge into good behaviors. Check out the 21-day streak thread and a recent blog of Jol1bol2key3. She has had a lot of success just trying behaviors out 4 days at a time, ala the book 4-day Win. But it took her awhile to find what stuck. You will, too!

Thank you for your nice comments on my page. I don't like to exercise either, but it's weird because I always feel better afterwards. I discovered spin class when I came to Chattanooga and it has been wonderful. I have bad knees and it gives me a really good workout without stressing them too bad. The calorie burn is 6x what walking does too. We can do this. I know I want to be around to see my grandkids and pester my husband when I get older (evil grin). Have a great day!
