Less Eating, More Action

I keep starting a diet but always seem to drift away. So I have decided this year to do everything I can to get myself in shape. I joined a gym, hired a personal trainer, signed up to do the 60 km Weekend to End Breast Cancer Walk and now have joined Sparkpeople. I don't have anymore excuses.

My Goals:
I would like to lose 60 lbs and get into shape. I will be walking 60 kms in June for the Weekend to End Breast Cancer so I need to start training for that also.

My Program:
I have joined a gym and hired a personal trainer there for once a week. In addition, I am trying to go to the gym on my own at least 3x/week. I have also started yoga 2x/week. When the weather gets better, I will be walking outside to start increasing my walking time.
