Thanks for the comment! I lost 170 lbs, and gained back 50..and now need to lose 100 to get to my goal! What a ride! But ever so grateful I don't weigh over 350 lbs anymore! I relate to that list a lot..but it's more so a reminder of what it WAS like. I don't "get stuck" getting into cars, yet the pain of how hard it is being so heavy is not as strong as it was..i've gotten used to being thinner, so this list helps remind me daily of WHY I did what I did.. and why I never want to get back there! And if I feel THIS amazing 100 lbs from my highest, how much MORE amazing I'll feel 100 lbs lighter than my current!

RNY in 2004 and you're still doing so great! I'm so happy for you! you're an inspiration! I almost gave up, thinking I would just be one of the numbers that gains it all back. But SP has helped me a lot so far! So I'm not giving up yet! :D

Welcome to Gastric Bypass! You’ll find plenty of support and encouragement here. No question is too stupid to ask, so post away and we’ll all put in our two cents worth. Utilize all the tools SP has to offer. I find tracking my food and exercise most helpful. Good luck on your weight loss journey!
