Here we go again!

Family is the most important thing in my life. My partner, Stacey, and I have been together for seven years and are raising three wonderful children.

I am also a special needs science teacher. I love my job and want to set a good example for my students. I started my master's program in June 2013. I am working towards a Master of Arts in Special Education with a focus on Autism in Early Childhood.

I love to run. A recent illness shelved my running but the doctors have cleared me to start back up. I still hope to run a marathon be my 40th birthday so I have some running to do!

My Program:
~ I try to eat a well balanced diet....needs work! We have started "eating clean"

~ I am training for a half marthon so my goal is to run at least 4 days a week, in addition to strength training four days a week.


Personal Information:
We live in the Dallas area.

I love hiking, fishing, and anything else we can do outside.
I also love to read. Anything with words...
