It is now 4/4/16 and again I am returning to SP with more weight on (254.3) and a few more health issues. this time I am going t focus on a healthy lifestyle and developing better habits.
01/02/15 I am once again back to work on finding balance in my life. My SparkPage stats show my being a member since 2007, but the truth is that I have been mostly inactive. I signed up in 2007 but did not actually use the site until April 2010 and then only for a few months consistently, until now September 2011. Hence the need to find balance and self acceptance. This time I am starting at 236 lbs. I have actually been as high as 252 lbs. Ouch!!!! I am looking into my overeating and the reasons behind all of the weight. I don't know why I self sabotage as I know that the healthier I eat and the more active I get, the more interest I have in nature and sports.
I know that there is a beautiful light inside ready to shine!

My plan: logging into SP, weighing each week, exercising, meditating, and challenging my brain more. I have started back belly dancing, and plan on walking, tracking my steps,, and doing some yoga.
I just started the book and 21 week program "Habits not Diets".
I have been "large" most of my entire life and have been in the process of becoming healthy and whole physically, spiritually and emotionally. Now at 56 years of age, I want to enter the next chapter of my life healthy and to be able to enjoy my family, friends and the universe whole heartily and fully.
