My Goals:
To set an example for my clients by living a healthy, active lifestyle. My current goal is to reduce the number of sweets I eat.

My Program:
I exercise daily, combining numerous types of activity including pilates, kickboxing, dancing, rollerblading, volleyball, running, and elliptical. I started biking to work this year. I also took my 1st yoga class. I eat frequent small meals and don't restrict anything in my diet, but I do try and eat healthy, nutritous meals. However, I love ice cream and cheesecake . . .

I'm a registered dietitian by day, volleyball coach by night.

I saw your post on the Wave comment. I liked what you posted on your work out at home. It gave a great idea of working out at home. I like how you mix your routine up and use the dice as repition. Thanks for a great idea.
