Shazzca's getting healthy page lol
Hello I am a 47 yr old woman that finally needs to take control of her life again and get FIT..! I always used to be fit and slim and went often to the gym, but somehow I've become complacent and it has to stop.
I would love to find some buddies to pal up with to motivate each other. Is anybody out there..?
To keep trying to achieve our goals no matter what if we slip up and slide backwards again.....

I don't know about the rest of you in my age group, but it seems SO much HARDER to get motivated and loose weight than when i was in my 30's...! Whats with that!?? lol Anyway.... nice to meet you all and hope this all works out for all of you...... GBU Sharon

Motivate my family and others to start thinking about their temple and to start taking care of it.
My Program:
I'm still new to this and haven't seriously followed anything that strictly yet... But I am seriously trying to make healthier long term food choices...going with whole wheat and grains, eating less meat... drinking 8 or more glasses of water every day..

I'm originally from England but now reside in Canada.
I have five wonderful kids and two little grandaughters..
