My Goals:
My goal in 2009 is to get my numbers (cholesterol, blood pressure, etc) down in the normal range WITHOUT medication. I will do it with healthy eating and exercise.

My Program:
My program is a healthy diet plan and daily exercise . Also, I will be at my goal weight by November 1, 2009

I saw your comment on my Blog about Wii Fit. I love it! Ever since college I have been around 140, and it took Wii Fit to lose those extra 10 pounds and now I'm at 130. It motivates you because you want to get on it every day! And every time you do so many hours of activities, it unlocks otheractivities. I especilly liked the Yoga. Never having done Yoga before, it's a nice introduction. I would come home from work and do 30 minutes of Yoga on the Wii Fit just to unwind and relax. But before I knew it, I suddenly had a really defined waist! So it's fun, yet gets you moving. I also like Dance Dance Revolution, and there's a new Wii Game coming out in April, called EA Sport that's a bt more high impact and aerobic. I'm getting that because I've kind of outgrown the Wii Fit a bit. But it'sway fun and way worth the price, in my opinion.
