Slow and Steady wins!

I want to lose weight/ get a healthier lifestyle.
I love the positive support I have received here through the years and cannot imagine what shape I would be in without it. Giving support makes me feel as though I am repaying it somewhat.

**I have a GOAL.. I want to get to the healthy range so 136 by Groundhog day 2015.**
Starting at 148.8 on 2/4/14.. hmm a pound a month should do it.

Counting calories and tracking everything. Water Aerobics has given me great results.. and it is EASY... go figure.

Nearly 70% of Americans don't get enough exercise, yet inactivity is a major risk factor for developing coronary artery disease (CAD). CAD is caused by deposits of fatty substances, cholesterol, calcium and other substances in the inner lining of the arteries that supply blood to the heart muscle. Over time, CAD can weaken the heart muscle and lead to heart failure.
