My name is Sadie and I am 27. I have a 6 year old active healthy son. I gained all my wieght during and after pregnancy. I Just want to get my body back, and I will this time!!!

I joined sparkpeople in 2009 but didn't start using it untill 9/2012 so I'm new. Since my reactivation I've been loving it.

My advice, you really have to use the site to love the site.

My Goals:
I want to lose 18 more pounds by March 29, 2013.
(I'll be at 184)

My long term goal is to get down to 115.
(85 pounds left to go!!)

Also to wake up and work out 6 days a week for at least 30 minutes each time.

My Program:
Get up in the morning without hitting the snooze and get my workout out of the way in the am! Whatever it may be.

Another thing I want to do is get into hiking. I used to go on massive camping trips and I want to do that with my son. Show him how to really camp (without the car).

I am doing well. Still a bit off trick thanks to lack of sleep and kids not listening today but I am trying to stay strong! Going to bed early tonight so I can hopefully start fresh tomorrow morning!! How are you doing??

Thanks for the high five!! It is really motivating me to start my morning off healthy and right! I have decided I am going to log in to SparkPeople every morning, first thing! Well, not before I make my coffee and have it hand, but you know!!! Lol

I was thinking, I dont know if you log on every day, but what would really help me is to write every morning what my small goals are for the day, and every Sunday or Monday write what my main goal is for the week. Then have my friends here check in on me and keep me accountable. What do you think??
