OK, let's do this. I lost about 20lb a couple of summers ago and then some crap hit the fan in my family and I stressed out and let everything go. Time to see if we can get back on this wagon again.

My Goals:
*Get outside more
*Eat a little better
*Lose gut
*Lose love-handles
*Get muscles a bit bigger
*Go shirtless without embarrassment
*Be able to wear clothes that don't look frumpy

My Program:
I don't have a gym membership, and even when I had access to a gym I never used it, so I don't plan on getting another one.
Basically equipment-less cardio a few times a week with some free-weight strength training mixed in.

Looks like you are not so active here anymore. I am new to SparkPeople, but have been an avid Board Gamer for decades. I just did a forum search on the geek to see if there were any active groups, and I saw your post.

You haven't logged food/exercise into Spark for a while, but are you reaching your goals?

Just read your biog and realized you are from the Rockford area. For neglecting the outside exercise this bad winter you did real well. I live just South of Ashton so figure were neighbors. Isn't Ole Sparkie the greatest! Skeeter

Getting up at 0500 in the morning and forcing down so exercise is pure torture for me. But if I dont then there will be no exercise for me. I need to find more time to get some done at night now.
