My Goals:
I had lost nearly 50 pounds and got down to 128, but have gained most of the weight back over the past 4 years. Goal is to get back to 130-135 and be fit again.

My Program:
Jillian Michaels NMTZ is my go-to workout. I prefer strength- and circuit-training to just cardio.

Personal Information:
Currently live in Chicago, IL, but am originally from near Buffalo, NY. Currently unemployed and looking for a job in marketing.

SO much better! I rested it, then modified for it, then just walked around town for a day and that was the trick, I think. It loosened up and felt tons better. Just gotta watch those twisting moves from now on, I guess.
