Newly car-less, I just got a new bicycle and am looking forward to getting back to my pre-sedentary self!

I quit smoking in February 2010 (after 20 years!) with the help of FB - I posted my cigarette-free days on my profile and it was amazing the support and feedback I got from friends and family!
