Newly car-less, I just got a new bicycle and am looking forward to getting back to my pre-sedentary self! I quit smoking in February 2010 (after 20 years!) with the help of FB - I posted my cigarette-free days on my profile and it was amazing the support and feedback I got from friends and family! My Goals:
My goal is to lose 40 lbs initially, if I can keep going then great! Ultimately would like to take up running, but need to lose some weight first! Need to get BMI into "healthy" range, currently at 36.0, want to get down to 24.0 .
