I do not Diet (Its a Lifestyle Change)

Hi My name is Rhonda and I have lost 80 pounds so far in 3 years and I am looking to lose a bit more. I work out 5 days a week, and I do strenght training plus cardio. I watch what I eat all the time but there is always room for improvement there.

I have toned up alot in the last year or so, and will continue to do so. My biggest problem area is my tummy of course.
