11/19/2006: Weight unknown, as doctor's scale around this time couldn't measure high enough!

Instead of just editing what I had here, I figured it was about time I just started over with my introduction. You see, I've been here since 2007. I was once 340 pounds and got down to 180, and now I'm back wherever my ticker says I am at the moment--if it even says.
Anyhow, I really want to get this weight off. I'm ridiculously obese again, and I feel like poo. This body is not mine. It's on lease to me by my Father, and it is His temple. I need not abuse it any longer by being a glutton!
My name is Teresa and I'm 36-years-old. I need lots of support and encouragement from my SparkFriends to become the person I'm supposed to be, both on the inside and outside. I have four children, although none of them reside with me, and I have a dog named Beamer. I live on disability with my best friend, Brent. I have ADHD, Borderline Personality Disorder, and Bipolar Disorder.
Just a note: If you and I are friends on here, I will most likely delete you off my friend's list if I don't see activity from you for a while. So no hard feelings, it just helps me keep my list clean for the people who really want to be here.
Here are a couple of Bible verses that I thought were appropriate:
Philippians 3:18-19 For many walk, of whom I have told you often, and now tell you even weeping, that they are the enemies of the cross of Christ: whose end is destruction, whose god is their belly, and whose glory is in their shame—who set their mind on earthly things.
1 Corinthians 10:31 Therefore, whether you eat or drink, or whatever you do, do all to the glory of God.
1 Corinthians 6:19-20 Or do you not know that your body is the temple of the Holy Spirit who is in you, whom you have from God, and you are not your own? For you were bought at a price; therefore glorify God in your body and in your spirit, which are God’s.
Becoming as healthy as I can be. Getting cancer scares the poo out of me because it's definitely in my family!
Lately, I have been trying anything from counting carbs to calories. I like to walk and do shorter exercise videos. I wish I had a swimming pool!
My name is Teresa and I live in Georgetown, Ohio. I am a struggling Christian who desires to get closer to God.
Only a few years ago, I was nominated as a SparkPeople Motivator because I'd gone from 340 pounds down to 180. I've since gained back many of the pounds I'd lost. I'm not giving up this time, though. I'll be a member here for life!
