I have found that eating any carb other than non-starchy vegetables really keeps me from feeling good and keeps me from losing any weight. I am going to go to a very vegetable and protein diet. I do believe grains are a big no no for me (how sad as they are my favorite foods!)
And daily exercise is mandatory - even if it is only 10 minutes of activity!
