I will eat three meals a day with healthy snacks in between. I will also drink 8 cups of water. I will exercise every day and I will stretch after.
Thanks for the "Goodie". :) I was using another site, CalorieCount, but I think I might like this one better. Anyhow, I'm on both for now. I do like how on the other one you can put in the ingredients for a recipe and the number of servings, and it spits out the calories/serving. Dunno if this site has that anywhere?
