Every Moment is a New Chance to Make the Right Choice

January 2013 update:

I've been using this site for approximately a billion years now (okay...six!) and have seen lots of highs and lows with my weight in this time. Unfortunately, I hit my highest weight ever, 185lbs, after the 2012 holiday season. For me it's all about my calorie intake - I have a firmly established exercise habit, no problems there. My weight is a direct reflection of my eating: when I eat whatever I want and stop when I'm full I gain weight. I don't enjoy ...

I don't enjoy restricting my calories or tracking them, but I need to. My BMI actually hit the obese range at its highest, and my LDL was too high when it was measured in December 2012. Of course I have the superficial reasons for wanting to lose weight that probably every woman has, too. So, I've decided to make a compromise with myself: I will track my calories on every work day in 2013. Here's to a great year and good health!

Thanks for stopping by last week :-) I know, your focus and energy needs to be on getting pregnant now. One of my best friend's and her good friend (they are both 37) are having some issues... so just by listening to them, I can imagine how much energy goes into all that stuff. My SIL just found out she's preggo with #2. But, it's been an emotional roller coaster for her- she had 2 miscarriages and she's 33, so it sounds to me like... something about being in your 30's has some kind of impact for some people. That's pretty much what all 3 Drs told these 3. I think the biggest thing is to TRY to relax. Yeah- I can imagine how that is working-lol. Maybe you are good at it though :-)
Anyways, take good care of you and keep trying!!!

Definitely not a good time for you-
you need to eat very healthy now and keep your strength up for all that 'trying to conceive'. emoticon

Not that I know of.
I don't feel tired or anything.
I actually feel a little high but I think it's just a sort of in control feeling- not physical.
Sometimes (like today) I 'cheat' and have a coffee with milk before I work out.

How are you doing, my friend?

Thanks, Susan.. I am going to drink a HUGE glass of wine the day the condo sells! What a PITA. Seriously, that thing was more work than our 22 rental properties combined!

Hope all is well on your end!
