Every Moment is a New Chance to Make the Right Choice
January 2013 update: I've been using this site for approximately a billion years now (okay...six!) and have seen lots of highs and lows with my weight in this time. January 2013 update: I've been using this site for approximately a billion years now (okay...six!) and have seen lots of highs and lows with my weight in this time. Unfortunately, I hit my highest weight ever, 185lbs, after the 2012 holiday season. For me it's all about my calorie intake - I have a firmly established exercise habit, no problems there. My weight is a direct reflection of my eating: when I eat whatever I want and stop when I'm full I gain weight. I don't enjoy restricting my calories or tracking them, but I need to. My BMI actually hit the obese range at its highest, and my LDL was too high when it was measured in December 2012. Of course I have the superficial reasons for wanting to lose weight that probably every woman has, too. So, I've decided to make a compromise with myself: I will track my calories on every work day in 2013. Here's to a great year and good health!
