I am Learning to take the Good w/the Bad. Irony is that Sept 2012 - I joined a new site online and it has consumed my ever Lovin Bean (pun so intended). and more irony is October 7, 2012 - I not onLy met a Ninja, but I have been sharing my ice Cream. and Yes, Virginia, Ice Cream shared with Friends will make you FATTER, especially if you are not exercising... or should I say, if you are NOT getting your ♥ pumping for a full 30 minutes over the mark!
So, here I am 11.5 lbs more than I was 4.2 months ago. I was 170# dammit! aaaaarrrggghhhh!

Well, fiddley-foo. Two-years later, I'm worse now than when I started. I've learned a lot about weight loss and fitness and water and calories and I even finally had a mammogram.

I'm taking it slow. I'm striving for 1/2 pound of weight-loss fat per week. I walk w/Leslie Sansone & I enjoy water aerobics. Every other exercise is an added bonus.

Well, I only made it to 182.6 by July 31st... The good news is that I did the dieting part good and I was able to stay off of diabetes meds for almost 11/2 weeks... The weight was just slow and then it was my TOM and that always always stalls my weightLoss. So, I'm gearing up for another Month of Loss. I deleted some of my teams today (due to lack of participation both on My part and from the 'should be supporters of the Teams themselves'... sorry, that's just how I roLL!

Well, I'm certain that there's no way I'll be able to accomplish 179# by July 31st, but I suppose it was good to have a goal to work for. I started my version of 17-day Diet yesterday and overnight I lost 6#. But, since I had gained my previous 10# loss right back - it didn't matter much to my original goal. I'll get there someday!

somewhere between Nights in Rodanthe and looking @ old pictures of me (only 2 yrs ago) - i've come to a crossRoads. the weight will leave my body or i will get a job! (trust me - it's an issue that scares me to death)

I am, lets admit it. I'm bored with my life. I chose to do some things that have given me instant gratification, but I'm still overweight and today, June 16th, I'm More unhappy than I've been in a great 3 yrs. Aaaargh w/Life for now!

I started here a SparkPeople May 2010. More or less I am no better off than I was then. I've lost some weight, only to gain it back. Nonetheless, I have picked up some GOOD Habits.

These habits are what I plan on helping me throughout the rest of 2011, to aid me in becoming who I KNOW I can be.

the 18th, I plan on reopening my Ymca membership. I need water & aquaZumba, something fierce.
