Ah, thanks for the Sparkmail on the Tesco/sodium. Someone once told me a long while ago to just move the decimal point to get the miligrams when the amount was in grams... so i'd have to edit all of my foods. It's lucky i'm not too bothered about my sodium intake!

SparkPeople is a great place to start being healthy. Some of the things you may already know but there will be soooo much to learn also. Start tracking your food and personalize the food tracker, it becomes very easy. Hope your sleep is improving. Start getting a little exercise and tracking that.
