My Goals:
Get fit, although IMHO, I am generally quite fit and keep fit.

I go to the gym/swimming pool nearly every Tues. My snorkelling has taken a bit of a dive :-) no students to teach anymore - everyone thinks this is an activity that people think needs no training.

My Program:
I've got a strength plan worked out and my cardio plan includes my Line dancing for 2 hours on Wednesday mornings.
Started 1.5hours/week yoga recently.

LD also 1.5 hrs Mon night and 1.5 hrs Wed night.
I'm going to put together an exercise routine which will determine my fitness level. October, 2013

Personal Information:
I live in west of Scotland near Glasgow.
And I've lived in this part of the world all my life - no wonder I like to go holiday and see different parts of the world. Our son moving around to different computer jobs has been a reason for visiting California and NZ but holidays on the past have been to places where I could scuba dive (not allowed after DCI) but I enjoy adventurous snorkelling.

Welcome to our team, Osteoarthritis of the Lower Back (OALB)!!
I am glad that you found us and I hope to get to know you. I see that you are a pool and swimming person at a far more sophisticated and skilled level than I am. I love the pool and am hoping to get my shoulder back after a rotator cuff repair so I can swim again. I am exercising in the water while I strengthen and improve my endurance. You teach scuba diving--wow!! I'm impressed and wish I was that good in the water!!
