For me, nutrisystem is easy since I am by myself and don't cook. You will find which foods you will prefer. Dinner be sure to include a nice side salad and veggies. I like broccoli and always have 2 cups that I mix into my nutri dinner food and then the dish looks huge with food! I also use the sparkpeople food counter and try to stay around 1300 calories.
