Although I have multiple health problems, I still see an advantage to eating better, About the time I give up, is when they will find a cure for this disease and then I would feel bad to think I hadn't tried my best. So I have on my hard hat and am wearing my tool belt, so let's start this job!

My Goals:
I am on a mission. I have
little time to get this weight off but I want to do it in a healthy manner. This disease is crippling me faster than we had thought it would so I need to lose as much as I can, as fast as I can and still maintain healthy eating since exercise is out.
My Program:
My program changes frequently according to what the doctors say is giving me the most trouble at that time. It makes managing my food a challenge but not impossible. So I will just continue to study nutrition and try to apply
it to my life.
Personal Information:
I am married , have two grown daughters and live in Nebraska. Although a
Wisconsin native, this is my husbands' home so I
moved as his job demanded. But I sorely miss my lakes.
Other Information:
A am an avid reader and especially like mysteries .
I like to be scared to death by a book and like cop books, true crime and anything by Dean Koontz, John Saul and Stephen King. The more blood, the better. I love the old mysteries best - like Agatha Christie and Lawrence Sanders.
