This year is the year!
I am 31 and I am here for fitness and weight loss. I have three children and have slowly gained the weight after each one. I have also gained weight after a fractured pelvis in 2002 and an auto accident in 2007. I struggle with disk herniation and 2 disk bulges. I need motivation to be successful.

My Goals:
My goal is to lose 25 pounds and lose the belly bulge from my babies. I also have a goal of adding consistent exercise to my life.
My Program:
I am eating less calories and working on reducing the fats as well. I am mixing cardio with strength training daily
Personal Information:
I am from Sunny Florida. I am married and have 3 kids and 2 dogs. I have a very supportive husband (except when he cooks and forgets I am trying to stay away from fatty things like sausage and BUTTER!)
Other Information:
My hobbies include scrapbooking, reading Stephen King and traveling! I especially love Cruises to the Caribbean and Mexico!
