The Drive from 300 to 250!!!

A journey of epic tales................. Okay Just need to lose some weight!

So I started my weight loss effort weighing in at 317 as my heaviest.

I am, as of the 11th of October, 2013 at 282.

***UPDATE as of 10/25/13 I am 275!!
***UPDATE as of 4/10/14 back at about 300 :(

So I am down 42 lbs since I have started, but unfortunately it has taken 7 years. However, I'm not letting anything get in my way now, especially ME. The next goal ...

So I am down 42 lbs since I have started, but unfortunately it has taken 7 years. However, I'm not letting anything get in my way now, especially ME. The next goal is to get under 270, a big mental victory, and then under 260. The long term goal is to be under 250. When I achieve the 249 mark the next goal is to get under 240. Somewhere around the 240 mark I will re-evaluate to see what goals I might have after that. For now its just focusing on getting under 250!

I am accomplishing these goals by utilizing the tried and true methods of taking in fewer calories than I expend, and exercising. Not rocket science or anything like that. But it is a very demanding process as it has to be addressed each and every day, kind of like housework:(

I look forward to the day when I can say I have lost 50 pounds! (so do my feet and knees:)
