Starting Over Again

I'm working on some health issues and I hope to achieve this by being more active and eating healthier. With the decrease in weight my high blood pressure should improve, as well as other problems. I feel that the accountability of entering the data of what I'm doing each day will be very helpful!!

My Goals:
1. Drink 8 glasses of water each day.
2. Stay within my calorie range daily.
3. Exercise 5 days each week.
4. Walk 5,000 steps daily

My Program:
I want to improve my food choices this week by choosing low sodium and lower fat foods. I will be attending exercise class two days and doing cardio three days this week.





Personal Information:
My husband and I are enjoying retirement, but manage to stay busy with family and activities at church. I am gathering all our photos into scrapbooks, as well as working on genealogy. I enjoy reading, especially books by Karen Kingsbury, Lori Copeland and Tracie Peterson.

Other Information:
I am doing an exercise class for senior citizens at my local YMCA. It is a challenge because it's a "first" for me.
