My goals are to be 100 pounds lighter in a year and keep it off forever!
Going on a 1400 to 1600 calorie a day lifestyle change. At minimum 90 minutes of cardio a week and 3 days of strength training. Vitamins and other supplements. Lots of water. Meditation and laughter!
I was born and raised in Central New York. Have probably gained and lost 1000 pounds over the last 40 years. Lol

Thank You for the cheer up, needed it! Needed the kick in the butt to stay motivated. It was gray and depressing this morning and I was starving. Did good though cheerios w strawberries. I did not space my food out properly yesterday and went to bed really hungry and woke up even hungrier. All of which led me to the blah feeling I'm sure. This is how I want to be by next year LOL
