My Goals:
My goal is to lose 50 pounds and increase my quality of life. As of today, March 2016 I am:
Exercising 6 days a week in the morning prior to going to work. Finding ways to stay active. Doing Zumba and exercise videos, jogging and weight training. Eat healthy and control my portions. Sleep at least 7 - 8 hours a day


My Program:
Exercising at a minimum of six times a week and tracking what I eat with fitness pal. On the other day that I am not in the Gym my goal is to get up and move by cleaning, dancing, walking or some physical activity but get moving!

Personal Information:
I am a Caribbean girl that love the tropics, music and the ocean.

Thank you for the encouragement on my blog and for adding me as a friend! This is going to be a better week for me, I'm going to get up and start working out again and eating in moderation, I've come this far and it's time to continue! Be blessed and spark on!!
