I am back on a path to regain control of my health, weight and life. I am thankful every day for the opportunity to be alive and have wonderful family and dear friends. My Goals:
My goal is to lose 70 pounds and increase my quality of life. As of today, February 7 I will: Exercise 5 days a week in the morning prior to going to work. Take my lunch hour to eat and take a stroll around the block. Only work 8 hours days. Find ways to stay active. Take Zumba class on Saturday morning and cardio machines. Eat healthy and control my portions. Sleep 8 hours a day
My Program:
Exercising at a minimum of three times a week and tracking what I eat. On the other days that I am not in the Gym my goal is to get up and move by cleaning, dancing, walking or some physical activity but get moving!
Personal Information:
I am a Caribbean girl that love the tropics, music and the ocean.
