Jessica's Journey

I underwent gastric bypass surgery 8/13/2009. My surgeon set a goal for me to get to 145 pounds. I have reached that goal, and even better in under a year. I really want to look at maintaining my weight loss, and toning. I have recently relocated with my family across the country. I am far away from my typical support, and am reaching back out to SP to ensure I don't slide back into old bad habits.

If you slipped and "fell off the wagon" then you pick yourself up, brush yourself off and start over again. Remember that you are never defeated as long as you continue the next day.

Life is full of challenges - take this challenge by the horns and wrangle it to the ground ... you can do it ... you deserve to be healthy!
Blessings,

Not sure what you mean you are afraid that you fell off the wagon. But if it is the weight loss slowing down. I am there with you. But look how far you have come. There is not as much of it to come off, so it is going to slow down. If it is eating, we all slip once in a while, but look at your results and tell your self, I like it and want to stay this way. So get back to healthy eating. So not sure what you feel you fall off, but girl you have done amazing, be proud of yourself, I am proud of you. Good Job. Lynn :)
