Are you interested in a Challenge?

The Biggest Loser goes for 10 weeks. It consists of 10 teams participating in weekly Fitness and Nutrition challenges. The Winter challenge will be getting started the beginning of December. It consists of fitness and nutrition challenges that are often in a form of a game. If for some reason you cannot do a challenge then they are modified to meat your needs. Often we do the challenge in a game form, we have BINGO and TIC TAC TOE or seasonally themed. For Fall we had a World Series and a Haunted House. If you decide this might be for you you can leave your name on the waitlist for the Winter challenge. To get to the Challenge go to my page and click on the Blue Biggest Loser Icon or let me know and I can send you an invite. Then sign up on the waitlist.

I have just came back from the food for the intermission for the concert.
I knew we would have to find what I want. I hope we have a good turnout but if snow comes we do not have a snow date since it is just after Thanksgiving so we brought it forward, we shall see.
I planned to do my carpets but we have three rooms and the hallway they are all the same light color and the dogs and the Chihuahua from hot Las Vegas so sometimes she just go on the rug. I have a coat oh her but she is a Chihuahua with miniature Doberman pincher. She is so very smart but she does not like to go in the snow. Pat in Maine.
PS our stove is a Jotul we got it about 10 years and the store had a sale Saturday afternoon and very close to closing. They said they could not deliver it and on Monday is the sale was over. Fred and I decided to pay them and WE HAD TO LIFT THE CAST IRON STOVE IN TO THE MINIVAN and drove home. Our son helped his Dad and I took its crate and put an outdoor outside door mat and we made the crate we used to carry it. It looks like a grey hearth stone it has high legs so we have no heat on the rug.
DH was proud of me, the store people wanted a lot of money and we thought it would buy it one day but we are very satisfied how it looks. It is cream.
I wish we meet some day. Pat in Maine. emoticon emoticon emoticon

    Thanks for the flowers.
I hope you have a lovely day. e do have sun but we might rain tonight.
Our family in the basement and DH and I are going to one of my places to go. A little restaurant that make the dishes when you get there.
It is the Lewiston train stations and one of our group went on the last train to go home to Aroostook County. There are trains and good food. Fish is on the menu.
Thanks again and I am off for a walk emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon PAT in Maine

Fred is his Flicks course on Friday morning. They go to breakfast and the special course is an amazing fruit bowl that the instructor HIMSELF and it is great. Some people bring in smoked salmon and lochs and they have so many bread from Panera. The audience brings it in.

Fred has done that from the beginning and believe it or not we were up looking for MOOSE in the North of Maine JACKMAN with a group and I sat across the table and we talked about old movies and that started it. We wanted Guy Flicks to give the men get some courses, it was great in a big house.
Fred was happy guys Flicks because the men were the few at that time.
The ladies want it now and the men are dropping out. The women want more musicals.
I never went, it is his interest not mine. Pat in Maine emoticon emoticon
