Now I have surrounded the bay window area and there are steps that have moved over the years. The friend was a landscaper. We hired him to do the job and make concrete steps. He was not well. His men did the work and I was waiting to ask his manager questions. It was a big project and one day I asked him why he did a cut in the driveway. He cut off the side of the driveway 3 feet at the front he said you have back drive way . His boss had not told him he had halved the driveway just about just one car. It barely is wide but it works. T;hat day the laborer told me his boss is dying and he was 47 years old and that Saturday we had read an article about colon cancer and it was a full page. My landscaper died that day. His article was telling his own story and people read about it and many acted on it. People have colonoscopies now. We remembered our friend. DH and the landscapers brother were good friends and in to model railroad. Pat in Maine 17 hours ago
I wrote a busy week for you but it is not a busy mind for me. I have photos but it will not down load. I had to buy some items for the concert and I knew where I saw some big oval platter. I bought 10 for the senior college and I went back they were $1:49. Those 4 will be great outside. We have rocks in the patio and it would be very difficult to get all the glass pieces. We use plastic if we eat outdoors.
DH does not like to eat outside. I always did with the kids.Pat in Maine. 9 days ago
I went to the site and followed a long time and after all the reading it seems I have signed up for the Spark with no ads but guess what there were two pop ups just now. The screen is great and all my old things right there. I doubt I can follow it but if I can get my posts to fly I am happy.
I hope you had a great day. (((HUGS))) I will try a Emoticon. 14 days ago
