My Goals:
Just to feel better. Being overweight puts so much strain on my body. I just want to wake up one day and feel GOOD. I want more energy. I spend way too much time with kids to not have energy. And fitting into smaller clothes wouldn't hurt the morale, either!!

My Program:
Going with a combo deal.... a bit of weight watchers, a bit of low carb. Throw in whole foods and some gluten-free eating, too! Mix all that with exercise and i will be eating and living sooooo much more healthy than I am.

Personal Information:
I am forty-six years old/young and living in the midwest. Kansas City, Missouri, to be exact. I have no children but I have an inordinate amount of nieces & nephews. So, while I am not a kid anymore, I can still play like one. I just would rather be a kid that doesn't wheeze each time I put a little effort into the game!

Other Information:
Work in progess. Call me on it when I am wrong. Praise me when i do something well. Don't lie to me and I won't lie to you. Give me the respect I give to you. And Lord, please give me the strength to lose this weight and get healthy! Not too much to ask, right?

You can look at a mountain as a wild place of beauty to view or paint or photograph from a safe distance; or a wild place capable of destruction like Mount St. Helens. Or you can look at it as a wild challenge that you take on one step at a time. When you begin the challenge you'll have no idea how long it will take to get to the top, but you know you will with the support of your team.

We are here for you! We'll help you climb that mountain. You'll find us on the rocky slopes, the shady valleys, the wild flower meadows, the glacier lakes. New Challenges are starting Sunday.
