    Based on your teams, we have a lot in common. I've read The Beck Diet Book. Although I don't follow it closely, Do It Anyway is something I tell myself every day. I rely on Leslie Sansone for my cardio work during these bitterly cold months in MN, and use weights/dumbbells for strength conditioning.
