I am on a journey towards better health and easier physical movement. I am releasing the old, negative habits and instilling new, loving habits.

JUST KEEP SWIMMING
Dec 2013...challenging year...back to paying attention.

DEC 2012: Renewing my commitment. Lost about 25 lbs in 2012. Have some more to go.

NOV 2010: Pregnant and due in March 2011, still logging in to SP, but not focused on weight reduction at present.

Based on your teams, we have a lot in common. I've read The Beck Diet Book. Although I don't follow it closely, Do It Anyway is something I tell myself every day. I rely on Leslie Sansone for my cardio work during these bitterly cold months in MN, and use weights/dumbbells for strength conditioning. These 3 are powerful tools for the goals you've set for yourself. Good luck! See you around SparkPeople!
