A healthier me

I am a 20-something woman trying to get fit and stay healthy. I had not been working out because I didn't think I had time and I wasn't overweight, but I finally made the connection between my high stress level, lack of energy, and lack of exercise.

I am also trying to use diet and exercise to manage my fibromyalgia symptoms. I am not currently on any medications and I want to see if I can keep my symptoms manageable through lifestyle alone.

My Goals:
-have more energy

-relieve stress

-maintain a healthy diet ...lots of fruits and veggies!

-exercise at least 3 days per week, and ideally do something active each day

My Program:
-strength training exercises with bodyweight, dumbbells, and stability ball

-pilates

-trying to incorporate some higher-intensity cardio...this is the hardest part for me!

-walking/hiking

-stretching and gentle yoga

** New Grand baby! One month old today.
** Friends & Family visiting, helping me with organizing & cleaning my house.
And then I, m listening to my body & resting between. So I know that I've not been on .much & really out of touch.
