OMG! That is way to long to hold a plank! No wonder folks dropped his class! Usually, my videos have like 30 minutes. I loved taking classes back in the day, but the high impact ones do a number on my back and joints (and apparently the treadmill too). I used DVDs for years and still enjoy them. I'm working them into my gym routine, so I don't have to get there everyday.
I hope you're able to get a winter routine worked out. It's been great working out again -- not getting as much sleep as I should, but it's better sleep. :)
I am so glad you got your card I was trying to be clever and get it there right on time and I was beginning to think I had screwed up ! I am going to spend some time catching up on emails tonight and tomorrow so stand by for the onslaught.I seem to be feeling a bit beter toninght and Jean is going to use me as a guinea pig for a new machine tomorrow !
I crashed and burned last night with an email half written to you I had better get back to work on that right after my bath ! I figure just getting in the bath is a workout now I am surprised you can't hear my hips crack in Vanderhoof ! hugs,Cheri
I like your fitness routine as soon asI get home I will join you on those days. Our clubhouse has a workout room perfect place to join you in OUR endeavors to get stronger/ healthier! I expect to be home within two weeks yah!
