My name is Melanie and I have been a member of SP for 3 years now. When I have actively participated on SP and focused on my health, I have had great success. However, I have had my fair share of back sliding. When I commit to my exercise, everything else falls into place. However, the minute I start missing my workouts, the unhealthy choices resume and the weight piles on.

OMG - I swear you wouldn't believe me BUT I thought about you & what the challenge would be during my orientation today! You are too funny but keeps me focused. Ok... here is the challenge for this week! Since we did only cardio last week, I am adding weights into our routine! WE need to do 2 days of weights which includes or not limited to 3 - 4 sets of 25 or more reps! Cardio can include hiking, jogging, walking or running for a least 1 hour!
