I'm sorry you were sick. I really don't know what that's like. I think it would kind of awesome cuz then you can't have to do anything so you don't feel guilty! I'm weird, I know!

I came here to say That & then realized my A had skipped on that one and when I saw that, I noticed it had done it on the previous update too! I type faster than I used to. Still hunt & peck style & my computer is running slow as as a sloth! SP doesn't help my frustration either cuz it take FOREVER to load up it's stuff! I wanted to take that "FREE" stress quiz they have advertised on one their pages only to discover it's a $$$ TRAP! I HATE THAT TOO! UGH!

Anyway... I did a good job yesterday getting rebooted exercise wise. walked / Jogged 2.7 miles in 34 minutes. I know that's really slow but, I AM Southern after all. I do everything REALLY SLOWLY! EXCEPT lose weight!:)) ROFLMAO!!! I AM SOOOO SORE I walk funny today. Hope it's better tomorrow so I can do it again. I kinda liked it. I might have to do it in the rain though, not cool. It was quite warm today and I spent 1hr. 50min. cutting my grass. Just as I finished, it started to rain. I looked at the thermometer, it was 82*. I stood in it for a while, it felt really nice. I LOVE summer!:))

If I could get just a little tummy stuff in B4 the day is over I will have had a good day. Doesn't look like it's going to happen. I so need to work my ABS. But, I think running & pushing the mower had to have worked them a tiny bit.

Hope you feel yourself again & are ready to get back to it.

I hear that... WAY OFF TRACK!!! SP is so frustrating sometimes because I want to come here but like now, it too me 5 minutes just to go from my page to this point!!! WAY TOO LONG TO LOAD UP! I have wasted hours WAITING to get to where I want to go and load up info. on this site. I'm not gone for good. Just so unmotivated, fat, and frustrated I'd rather sit on the couch & maintain my pudgy 140-142 than bust my A$$ & NEVER get to where I want ANYWAY!!! Food & cigarettes are my favorite things to do. I used to LOVE my vodka too but as you know I gave that up in 2007 and CAN NOT go back to it if I want to live. Not just a quip, the honest, super scary truth. So, my justification is.... I had to give up my favorite passtime of all for the rest of my life so I am entitled to my food and cigs.! HMMM! A little ticked about everything right now, can ya tell?!:)) I'm ok though and wish you the best. PLEASE don't stay away just cuz I'm cranky today. I like talking to you regardless of what I'm going thru. You know I know the stuff and you can talk to me about anything!:)) Hope to hear from you again soon!
