After 8 hours of yardwork, I can't imagine why you would need any additional exercise. I'd drop weight cause I'd be too tired to eat. I was able to easily track my workout this a.m. - thanks to you. Now, I'm about to head out the door for a walk before it gets too hot or starts to rain.
Your very Welcome. It took awhile to figure out where the "manage your workout" tab was but after that it was a piece of cake. I wish there was some place to also add other exercises (like spread a truck load of mulch) LOL Most of my exercise is out in the yard 8hrs a day and by time I come in am too sore to do any spark exercises. 2816 days ago
