On The Right Track...

I finally made a conscious decision that this was the time in my life to make a concerted effort to change my eaing habits and make a valid effort to incorporate exercise as a part of my life. I am tired of being lethargic and overweight!

My Goals:
Would like to get down to the weight I was in High School.

My Program:
I have cut out virtually all fried foods. I watch caloric and fat intake very closely and log everything I eat. Because my schedule is jam-packed, and usually get home from work close to 7PM nightly, I try to either take a walk at lunchtime (there is a park with a paved trail nearby) or work out on the Wii, either by using the Fit or playing Grand Slam Tennis.

Other Information:
I enjoy camping, hiking, and mostly anything outdoors.
