doing very well
one day at a time. is all we can do. i have had a busy year its not over yet. ive managed to come down with shingles,fell and hurt my hip moved to a new location home wise in the middle of winter, worked with the crazies and yet im still standing!!! i have stayed away from high fructose corn syrup and things that could hurt me health wise. i have been eating lots of home grown berries and very little meat. i havent had pasta in i cant tell you how long. no potatoes only sweet potatoes, lots ...

My Goals:
no hfcs in my life. no aspartame. lots of veggies,little meat. exercise: riding my bike with manny,swimming, bad minton with manny, weights at gym. focus on my arthritis to feel better be pain free.
My Program:
drink water at least 8 cups a day. weigh in once a week. follow sparkpeople and weight watchers they work good together. exercise 3 days maybe 4 a week. get out and go places with manny camping etc.
