I am in my 60's and want to reach my 80's perhaps 90's with decent health. In order to do this is need to lose about 30lbs and get fitter through regular exercise. I look forward to feeling better about myself, being healthier and meeting some new friends.

My Goals:
My goal is to drop 35 lbs and keep it off. I don't think this can be done overnight so will be very pleased to see 1-2lbs go per week with proper diet and exercise.
My Program:
I have joined Weight Watchers and with that and the help of SPARKS as well as regular exercise I will make this all work

My name is Donna and I live in North Vancouver B.C. Canada. I am married with 3 stepchildren and 2 grandsons. We love to travel and hope to spend our retirement (soon) half in Mexico and the other half here on the West Coast.
