My Goals:
My weight goal is 150.

I want to strengthen and tone all over, but my triceps and abs are areas where I need to put in extra effort.


My Program:
I have been doing weight watchers online since January, but am going to try more of a calorie counting plan.

I go to the gym, 4-5 times a week. I recently changed my cardio days to twice weekly to change things up a bit.
I do strength training the other days and try to fit in one cardio class a week to break the boredom.


Personal Information:
I've been married for 29 years. I have 3 children, ages 27, 24 and 19 and 2 grandbabies ages 6 and 3.
My youngest daughter is a single mom and she lives with me along with the two grandbabies. My son is also still at home. We have a busy household. i enjoy online games on facebook, and I also like scrapbooking and cardmaking.

It's a workout DVD that Jillian Michaels (Biggest Loser trainer) puts out..it's only like $9 at Target..cheaper online..totally worth it..the results are crazy!!

Hi, I saw your comment on spark girl's blog asking what the shred was. Jillian Michaels from the biggest loser has a dvd called the thirty day shred. Basically it is a dvd with three levels that are twenty minutes each. It alternates three minutes of strength followed by two minutes of cardio and one minute of abs. You do ten days on each level. Supposedly you get great results. I have it but i started her slimdown program which alternates that one with two other ones called no more trouble zones and banish fat boost metabolism. That way i dont get bored. Its a good way to get weights in which i am very bad at. There is a team called the thirty day shred. Check out my page and it is on there. Good luck
