Current Status:

My Goals:
I completed my first half marathon in March. Looking forward to running another in 2011. I also exercise as much as possible with my children as they inspire me to work harder. For nutrition I need to increase veggies and decrease the process sugar.

My Program:
 I run at least 3 times a week and cross train with spinning. I love taking two strength training classes per week.

Personal Information:
I'm located in the heart of the wine country in Sonoma County California. I'm happily married to my husband Patrick and have 3 wonderful children. I work part-time for an outstanding company (SparkPeople). The foundation of my life is my hope in Jesus Christ.

Hey Samantha, Good Morning! Will you be riding the Sonoma Backroad Challenge? I'm curious about it. Not sure I'll be ready and/or have the right bike but it sounds like a fun ride.

Thanks for the vote of confidence. I'm a newbie at long distance riding, hence the training. But I love to ride so we'll see. How did you prepare for the Century ride? I'm reading everything and talking with everyone I can.
