Let's go RIDING

My sister introduced me to SparkPeople, which puts me further into eternal debt to her. My first concern is to maintain a level of fitness, and the second is to avoid putting on weight as I (inevitably) age. Based on genetics, I feel it is very likely that I'll be around until my 90's. If that's the case, then I want to be able to continue to run around and have fun for as long as possible. Currently I do lots of cycling. My first concern is to maintain a level of fitness, and the second is to avoid putting on weight as I (inevitably) age. Based on genetics, I feel it is very likely that I'll be around until my 90's. If that's the case, then I want to be able to continue to run around and have fun for as long as possible. Currently I do lots of cycling. I do a couple of week-long (fully supported) cycling tours each summer, as well as a couple of weekend charity rides like the MS 150. I also play racquetball as often as I can find an opponent. Luckily for me, my health club is really good at setting up leagues, so I am usually able to play 2-3 times a week.
