Amp it up again
I started SP in January 2011, with a goal being to start my 60s in the best shape I've ever been. I lost about 60 pounds that first year, turned 60 in January 2012, and my 60s are going great. My second year in SP I maintained my loss, but I never dropped the last 20-25 pounds I'd like to lose. Staying steady has been a great accomplishment, and I'm proud of it. Now it's time to amp it up again and get off this plateau. For a little extra motivation, over Thanksgiving, two daughters got engaged, so it's going to be a big year for the family. MOB June 1 and August 24.
