    Just wanted to drop by and thank you for commenting on my blog about Yoga. Hatha yoga, by the way, focuses a lot on stretching. Other forms of yoga, like sivinayasa (sp) have different emphasis. Yoga is so far the only form of exercise I actually look forward to doing. Hope you find it pleasant if you decide to try it.

    Thanks for the comment on my blog.

    We have quite a few pot luck meals at church and I always bring something that won't wreck my calories for the day and will help fill me up so I don't over indulge on the other goodies.

    My fruit salad and the spinach salad are always very popular with others as well.
