Sadaparibhuta: Never Disparaging

Sadaparibhuta is the Bodhisattva of Never Disparaging.
My goal is to live with kindness and understanding to others and to myself.
Kindness to myself includes breaking habits that don't support healthy living.
I have noticed that when my health is optimal, I think less about it: my good habits are on autopilot, and I am not distracted by aches and pains or tiredness.
Time to reinstate my best practices!

Love the idea of pre-tracking...I try to do that after breakfast....I log my breakfast....figure out my lunch and dinner by mid morning when possible....it definitely helps me stay on track...

For example I know tonight we are having ground sirloin burgers, aparagus and idahoan mashed potatos....

I just have to figure out lunch, but as long as I log dinner now...I should be right on track for the day
