March 2012, some pounds have come off already (before joining SP), and it shows on my face.

Sometime in 2011, probably arguing about s. Sheesh, look at those cheeks! This is me at my heaviest!

Hey all. As a freelancer who works from home, I'm looking to get back to my good habits, stop snacking and get back into the shape I was a few years ago. In addition to working at all hours, I obsessively knit and chase a kitten around the house.

My Goals:
Basically, two years or so into my marriage, I see myself slowly, very slowly, gaining weight. So I'm looking to get back to my weight of a couple of years ago. I don't have that much to lose, but my habits weren't that terrible, so it's going to be slow going.

My Program:
My most important change is to control snacking. Reduce the portions, and have healthier choices.

I'm also amping the exercise. I was going to the gym 3 times a week, so now it's 5 times, and I'm going to push, push, push myself to do more, faster, harder. Get fitter, basically, and I have been so much fitter before.

Point 3 is portion control, as I've realized I lost control of that recently.

The changes are small, but manageable, the weight will come off slowly, and all I need to do is stick with it!

Personal Information:
I'm a Mexican-American living in the UK (Brighton), married to an Austrian nut job, and enjoying life.

I DID HAVE A CALICO BABY. HER NAME WAS "STITCH". WHEN WE WERE ABOUT TO MOVE, I WENT GROCERY SHOPPING ONE DAY. WHEN I WAS GONE, WITHOUT MY KNOWLEDGE, MY HUSBAND HAD HER PUT TO SLEEP.
HE WAS ANGRY BECAUSE HE HAD TO DO SO MUCH WORK IN MOVING. (HE PACKED 2 BOXES - I DID ALL THE REST). I CRIED FOR DAYS AND MISS HER TERRIBLY. SHE WAS SUCH A CLOWN AND LOVED TO SNUGGLE. SHE LOVED EVERYONE AND DIDN'T DESERVE TO DIE LIKE THAT. I AM SILLY ENOUGH TO BELIEVE IN THE RAINBOW BRIDGE AND HOPE THAT I WILL SEE HER AGAIN ONE DAY. SHE WAS ONLY 5 YEARS OLD.

THANKS FOR READING MY BLOG. THE GIRL IS FAR TOO MUCH LIKE ME AND HAS A HUGE SARCASTIC STREAK IN HER ( FOR WHICH MY BROTHER CONSTANTLY REMINDS ME, I AM RESPONSIBLE) SHE HAD ALL SHE COULD DO NOT TO COME UP WITH A PITHY COMEBACK. BUT THE GRAND MOTHER REALLY CRACKED ME UP. WHO KNEW THEY STILL THOUGHT ABOUT THINGS LIKE THAT AT HER AGE?
